Listing in the directory is currently free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid options in the future, and we will provide advance notice to currently listed freelancers before any such change takes effect.

Freelancers are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information in their profiles. 417 Freelancers does not verify the credentials, licenses, or qualifications of any listed freelancer.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. A listing on this directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any freelancer's work or character.

To be listed, freelancers must be based in or primarily serve clients in the 417 area, which includes Springfield, Missouri and surrounding communities.

Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any freelancer found through this directory. This includes verifying credentials, reviewing portfolios, checking references, and agreeing on the scope, timeline, and payment terms of any project.

417 Freelancers is not responsible for disputes, disagreements, or damages that arise between clients and freelancers. Any such matters are between the client and the freelancer directly.

417 Freelancers is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 417 Freelancers and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from engagements between clients and freelancers found through this directory.

The 417 Freelancers directory is currently free for all listed freelancers. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, featured listing options, or other monetized features in the future.

If we introduce any requirement for payment to maintain a listing, we will notify currently listed freelancers in advance. We are committed to considering free-tier options when any paid model is introduced.
